AMTRAK California has a fleet of 15 F59PHIs and two P32-8BWH from AMTRAK proper. Both class units are seen resting at the shops. Notice that GE has rear ditch lights, perhaps he runs long hood forward on occasion? (the F59PHIs dont have them)
