The setting sun dips behind debris clouds on a June 2003 evening along the Susquehanna River in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Framing this view is the former Reading Railroad concrete arch bridge, with the catenary poles and position light signals standing tall in the air on the dormant Pennsy bridge.
