On August 1st, 2009, for the first time in 48 years, Rayonier Willamette #2 moved under her own power. The tests went well, and the engine is on track for her public debut on August 8th.
A lot of people worked hard on the project, but the people shown here were the core team, putting in many long days to get the engine back in working condition.
