NS 137 is holding the main line at Lipsy (Alabama) on the NS P-Line after meeting the opposing NS A45. Lipsy, seen here, and Hightower, located at the East end of the sideing, is located just West of Sylacauga, AL on the former Central of Georgia Columbus (GA)Division, Birmingham Sub. This location is a popular meeting spot for opposing trains.
