Be carefull!

Railfaning is a dangerous hobby. Sometimes the train approaches us without any sound. If you are inside a tight cut like this you can be in trouble. Here I could be saved after run to a larger place in a rocky cut. The photo was taken while running.
Don't go getting yourself squashed, we enjoy your photos too much. You are right, I can remember many times being in a place I really shouldn't have just to get that "better" shot.
Yes, sometimess our hobby is dangerous. But I have the caution of never walk inside the tracks or very close to them. This time was an exception because that cut is very tight. Thanks God I and my friends could perceive the engine in time to run to a better place.
