BANG fog

So coming down from Tehachapi Loop on December 17, 2009 through Bealville and Caliente it's a bright sunny morning then a couple miles west and BANG -- Central Valley fog. The BNSF Bakerfield Sub Dispatcher is talking the Amtrak San Joaquins through the fog saying things like, "I will have no meets for you until Wasco." This picture is of UP 8043 (I know because I took bright sunlight shots of the train at Caliente) leading a mixed freight at Ilmon, CA. Note the raptor in the tree at the right.
