Eastbound SEFR charges through CP 57 in Charlton, MA. at 10:09 on the morning of April 17, 1987. The "route rationalisation" project on the old B&A is proceeding apace, as the new interlocking and discarded former eastward main track 2 attest. It's single iron from here eastward to CP 48 in Jamesville, on the west side of Worcester.
