AMTRAK Then & Now

A P32AC-DM leads my train from Buffalo through Croton-Harmon towards Penn station.

Years ago Turboliners & FL-9s ran this stretch. You can still find FL-9s parked at the Metro North shop. They and other MNCR goodies (CR GP35s!) is why I disembarked the sold-out train here, proceeding to Manhattan more slowly on a commuter milk run afterward.

The Turboliners are parked further north, outside of Albany in the middle of the woods - a nice two hour hike from the AMTRAK station which I did the next day.
