Tis a good photo and I would have rated it higher, but it is way too grainy and a tad overexposed (this can be seen by the detail of trees washing out into the sky).
 
A "7" is much better than what I normally get, save a for a few brave individuals that realize that I "ain't like everyone else" when it comes to photos. As I remember, this was taken at a bout 7am, and I wasn't sure about my ISO. I think I set it on 200. I'm sure if I thook the same photos now, it would be a "tad" better! I'd leave my ISO on 100, or even 50 and not zoom out soo much.
 
Sunrise shot are had to judge lighting and ISO. but never the less good shot!
