I wanted to get an authentic NYC experience, so took the train into the city, traveling along the Hudson River through Yonkers, Ludlow, Harlem, Manhattan and the Upper East side toward the Theater District/Time Square.

Being a Sunday I was told it was a bad day to see MNR action, with a train running only every half an hour. To compare, in Montreal there are only three commuter trains on Sunday, none in Vancouver.
