The AMT Blainville line is unique for two reasons. It has the only trainset still running with 1969 Canadian Vickers double-decker cars build for Canadian Pacific; as well as limited service during non peak hours between the metro end of the line and towns to the north, utilizing the said trainset in loop service (trains do run downtown during morning and evening rush hour).

Boarding in Little Italy I took this train to Sainte-Thrse and back, to see some QGRY action, comprised of their ex-CSX Road Slug kicking cars around the yard.

Back on the much busier Dorion line I catch a meet: NJT 4144 leading brand new double-deckers with AMT 293, ex-AMTK F40PHR pushing on the rear. Another NJT GP40FH-2, #4143 brings a single-deck commuter load into downtown. I took this train to Vendome, as I could only transfer to the Blainville line by metro.
