Keystone Dilemma

The CSX Keystone Sub is tied up for a bit after Q368 with leaser #3102 pulled a drawbar on the 75th car, causing the crew's hours of service to expire. The trainmaster is talking to the crew on Q261 after flagging the crossing at Schellsburg Road. Q261 will proceed at restricted speed for the next 2 miles or so, before throttling it up across Sandpatch grade
