I have a hiring session this Tuesday in KC ...im really curious after training are new hires able to hold a yard job or switchman's extra board. And what the guarantee is per half .reason o ask I i worked for UP in California in 2007 and got furloughed for 4 years so I want to see if KC is the same situation.
