For the timetable season 2023, international express trains have returned to Franz-Josefs-Bahn with R/REX "Silva Nortica" Wien Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof - Praha hl.n. v.v. via the diesel section České Velenice - Veselí nad Lužnicí in the footsteps of classic "Vindobona" express Vienna - Prague - Berlin.A heritage charter was run to remember it on June 22/23 2024 Děčín hl. n. - Vienna.
