That afternoon there were wind and flood warnings everywhere & there were speed restrictions all along the CSX Main
This video was Weedsport (mp312) and Brutus ( mp309 Pump Road ) where a couple of CSX trains went thru....slowly
First a west bound LONG trash train with DPU, A Amtrak at Tow Path Road in Weedsport
Then a typical CSX intermodal east bound past mp309, and a really mixed manifest
