Delay at Stevenson

Crewman ties down lead unit of a westbound garbage empty at Stevenson. The crew already cut the train to allow access at a crossing. Now they are getting ready to settle in for AM27 and whatever else is due.

This is 2 UP engines sitting in town. The engineers came out of a local gas station when we were taking the pictures. They left the freight cars about 3 miles back.
