    New? Yep, Not A Big Seller Though

    Brand New , built in 1992 Russian TEM-7A 2000 HP locomotives. Were 11 originally I believe. In 2001 I believe only 6 or 7 left. They were all gone a couple months ago from Houston Port. Did not meet FRA standards to pass inspection.
