Saw some tagger art on a grain train sitting on the CVR west of Dodge City, KS and am wondering why is this guy tagging cars when he obviously has the talent to make it commercially.
If there was any unusual load, this would be it. It appears to be a Tandem-tandem Western Star of sorts and a Dodge pickup. It was heading east on a CN Manifest.
Sometime this year CP outsourced their IMS operations in the city to PARSEC. This brought in three visible changes.

Amtrak's Southwest Chief arriving at the historic ATS&F station in Dodge City, Kansas, at noon, about 6 hours later than normal on July 2, 2007. The tardiness was due to a freight train derailment on the single-track division six miles north of Emporia.
