SD50 6734 leads two sister units on NHSE in Middlefield, MA. nearing MP 129 on April 28, 1984. Coincidentally, the 6734 and 6739 were the first and last units of a consecutively numbered 6 unit group of SD50's assigned to the B&A in 1984. They were normally operated in two 3 unit sets.
Boston and Maine GP-9s bring an eastbound freight into the East Deerfield, Massachusetts yard sometime in the early 1980s. I don't remember exactly when I took the photo but it was while I was in college.

This shot is taken at the crew change point at Boston Bar, BC. That guy in the photo is Jon Bentz. I don't mind that he's in the photo, we had so much fun taking pictures that it just didn't matter.
This is the side of one of the Great Plains Passenger Train cars. The names on the 3 cars are AFTON LEIGH, FALLYNE MARIE AND KALEIGH ANN - It would be interesting to know where they ended up.
