Rail grinder

"Mini-rail grinder" G-9 profiling at MP 119 in Huntington, MA. on Feb. 15, 1991. My memory tells me this was a ConRail machine, but looking at the markings on the side of the cab, it may be Pandrol-Jackson. No notes (very unlike me!) and this is the onlt shot, so.....?
By the Way, this grinder was traveling along and profiling ONLY at switches, as seen here at the Huntington team track lead.
