National Rail Equipment Co. from the info i got this was a demo unit down at Tacoma Rail for test aginst there swithcers the builders plate reads Made 11/06 Eng. QSK19 h.p.1300 Type 2GS14B i think this is one of there N-ViroMotive Gen Sets ,maybe someone can fill me in on more info!
