Pretty sure. I thought the Builder went through Yakima, and the North Coast Limited went over the High Line.
 
The two trains ran the opposite routes between Seattle and Spokane. The Builder ran the old NP and the Hiawatha ran the Old GN route. Just remembered that Amtrak called it the the North Coast Hiawatha...
