Rio Valley Switching in McAllen, Tx. My fiancee is from McAllen, for Christmas 2009 (and other times) we stayed at her mother's house. I have yet to see a RVS train. This was taken in McAllen at their offices. I noticed the John Deere tractor is almost the same color as their locos.

A pair of pure Southern Pacific GP40-2's lead the "Santa Margarita Turn" past Harlem on the Coast Sub in November of 2000. Some fall colors dot the river as it winds down the valley to Santa Margarita. Harlem is about four miles south of Soledad, California.
