Old Oregon Electric Engine

I'm not sure where this was taken or who is in the photo but it is an old Oregon Electric train #50and looks like it was hooked up like a street car probably was taken in Portland, We lived by the track and my father was an engineer for the SP but when I grew up I only remember the SP&S (Spokane & Seattle) running on the Oregon Electric track. I used to walk down to their yard and at that time they still had a turn table(in Albany) and I remember every so often there were lanterns hanging along side the tracks.
