Fast Stack at Sunrise

Eastbound stack train at sunrise on UP's ex-SP Sunset Route in Southern California (approaching Yuma, AZ)
Cabcar,
The photo was shot near "Center of the World" just off I-8, east of the sand dunes. The hill visible to the right is Pilot Knob. You can get there by exiting I-8 at Sidewinder Rd, go north about 1/8 mile, then turn left on the dirt road that parallels the tracks. The signal visible ahead of the train is milepost 722.9, and this photo was shot facing southeast. This link for Google Maps shows the approximate location: http://www.google.com/maps?f=d&hl=en&geocode=14776669254012322715,32.756603,-114.763570&time=&date=&ttype=&saddr=&daddr=32.756603,-114.76357&mra=pe&mrcr=0&sll=32.756576,-114.763398&sspn=0.004466,0.007296&ie=UTF8&ll=32.752957,-114.759879&spn=0.017866,0.029182&t=k&z=15&om=1. That is I-8 along the bottom, and the Sidewinder Rd. exit in the lower right.
