What's the Location of this Photo??????????? Is it China...or Montana....?

Carrizo Gorge Railway (CZRY) operates in the southern part of California. They have the entire concession from Tijuana to Division (all of that trackage is in Mexico). They then have the freight concession from Division (just west of Campo) to Plaster City (railroad west of El Centro, CA near the Salton Sea). They are presently working on opening two closed tunnels in the Carrizo Gorge and re-opening the line (this has been closed since roughly '82 when fire forced the collapsing of the two tunnels to snuff the fire) This picture is taken just to the south of I8 and slightly west of the Jacumba offramp. In the background is Round Mountain, just behind that is the town of Jacumba. Jacumba is less than a mile from the international border with Mexico.
