Great shot, How are things down there has traffic open back up because of the flooding?

Thanks. Well, the Border Pacific still isn't operational due to high waters near a few trestles, hoses pumping water over the rails in two locations and a closed flood gate. It last ran in June before Alex hit.

I think KCSM is running again between Nuevo Laredo and Saltillo, but getting info is tough.
