An East bound UP train struck a truck that was stuck on the tracks in Odessa. The Driver said he was looking for scrap metal. There were old RR spikes found the bed of his truck. His truck was no where near a RR crossing at the point of impact. The Truck driver and train crew were unhurt. The driver of the truck was arrested for criminal tresspass and theft of RR property.
