I take it that you were stopped waiting to cross over to the other main, unless of course that is your truck to the right of the photo! This is a hard spot to shoot as it is on Ft Lewis land if not mistaken and they take dimly to people with cameras in the area! Saw an Army jeep running around here a few years back so I have stayed away since.
