Did you notice that the engine was tipping when you took the picture? Isn't it just a little bit unusual for an engine to be tipping like that?
 
Ah Guilford... If they wouldn't spend so much money on attorney fee's, perhaps they'd fix the tracks!
 
Right rail fell over right and flange is riding on the rail under the rail head.
Left wheels went right and came off their railhead.
Can this type of problem be seen or anticipated?
