Amtrak leaving the Denver area heading to Winter Park

We were on our way to The Winter Park Ski area from Denver--actually from Omaha originally and there was lots of snow--50 inches--to ski on. This photo was going into the foothills west of Denver and at the time no snow. It did not take long to get into the Rockies where the snow was pretty deep.
