Did you work the Portland runs a lot? What power was typical for them?
 
Yes, I worked Portland trains mainly on the Milwaukee Road, but also caught a couple on the B.N. Locomotive nomenclature is not my forte, I don't know model numbers, but for Portland, the Milwaukee mainly used lash-ups of three G.E.'s. Four trains a day were usual on the Portland run, 900 and 901 to Brooklyn Yard, 902,903 to Hoyt Street. I put this page up about Portland yesterday and am working on another today to put up in a day or so:
