So that's an ex-CN caboose? Are those CN bunk cars it's coupled to?

I believe they are ex-CN. There were several bunk cars parked next to the ex-NYC depot in Lake Placid. The folks who work the Adirondack Scenic tourist line live in them during the summer season.
