The BNSF Council Bluffs Sub isn't the busiest line around the area, so when I noticed a NB train from my SB travel in I-29, I took the next available exit and went after a suitable place to grab a shot or two.

Yes. Usually only sees local traffic, but sometimes when the Creston sub is busy they will run empty coal trains over the line and through Omaha back down to Ashland.

The KCS grain trains come up that line also. Ah for the day when the Zephyrs went there every morning.
