This Me DRGW#1 And my Favorite Up locomotive.I miss having the Rio Grande around. But to see this unit helps a Little.

Thanks Mike. It was lucky and a lot of fun .This was after its unveiling and UP opened there gate to the general public.

Very well composed comparison photo!
Somehow it is not the same as the good ol 5771 (F9) on the Rio Grande Zephyr.
That unit will have to make due in the current era.

Thanks,daniel3197. 5771 is still fresh in my mind and will never to be for gotten.As well as the other Grande units. But this is a UP unit keeps the Grande memory alive.So it can keep the Grande part of the current era.
