CP in the Columbia River Gorge

An eastbound empty Canpotex train with two CP units as the sole power traverses the gorge east of Bingen, WA.
Aaron in explanation of my 9, why so much foreground when you have that magnificent rockface behind the train to include!?
If you must include poles behind the train, (not much option here) try to minimise their impact by putting them as far to the rear of the loco as possible that the confines of your location will allow and before the front gets tangled up with the next one. These small details make the difference between a really good shot and an also ran. In this photograph you have that pole stuck like a stake through the heart of the cab.

Cheers Steve.
