When I railfanned BNSF in Richmond California earlier this year I was very disappointed not to find a single SD40-2 around the shops nor on the UP. Particularly sad as this is Santa Fe country and a fellow railfan managed to catch an ATSF SD40-2 on a CN run-through in Winnipeg years earlier. Thankfully Denver did not disappoint, with BNSF 6759 switching a refinery running long hood forward. Sounds just like Lloydminster! Recall CN SD40u 6007 doing the same thing last year switching a refinery running long-hood forward:

Apparently CP SD40-2s do the same thing at Lloyd.
BNSF 3019-3162, GP40M & GP50 respectively both in full Burlington Northern paint were resting nearby. At least three more blue & yellow ATSF engines in Denver:
BNSF 6711-6813 SD40-2s switching North yard (6813 wearing H1)
BNSF 6892 SD40-2 at shops solo
BNSF 8739 GP60 trailing BNSF 7666-4467-4035 (ES44DC/9-44CW/9-44CW all H2)
I spotted an ATSF duo switching south yard earlier but did not obtain numbers as I was heading to railfan DRIR, which is incidentally how I came up to this location.
