    Where has this box car been hiding the Seattle & North Coast railroad was dissolved in 12/17/1984 has CIC markings for Cedar Rapids & Iwoa City maybe its been running around on a short line hauls back east i caught this on a northbound manifest going thru Edmonds Wa.
