I beg to differ about over exposed. With the Fl sun and looking at the picture as a whole you can't say overexposed. Look at the truck detail, very good low morning light.
The 9491 is actually a remote control receiver unit. The HLCX is being run remotely and it doesn't have remote control installed. You can see in view the big MU cable on the front of unit attached to car.
Not sur of road name or number but it is a bypass just north of the viewing platform. We park at ground level and walk up the embankment and stay behind guardrail away from road. Truck traffic uses thei overpass.
