I don't know their plans for the two 85-ton electrics, sounds like they were in service on the line back in the 80's. I'm not the expert on KMC or Kennecott operations, but it looks like they've had quite the variety of motive power over the years. Homepage for BSVR...

The remnants of the T-boned Maine Central 375(Guilford Rail) just north of the diamond in Momence. The engine, or prime mover, is nearby in the dirt.
