Photo Critiques Welcome
I saw something about that in the RSS feed. I suspect they are in slow moving locations where the pantographs can be lowered and raised as the train passes.

Must be Dewy Cheatum & Howe don't have a branch office in town.

You can certainly tell the laws are drastically different in different countries. It'll be interesting to see if it 'helps' there problems.

One difference in Canada and the US is our trains go faster and theres nothing to hang onto on a passenger train.
