Yellow-wrapped CDTX F59PH leading Amtk 11 3/17-3/18

Amtrak #11 that departed Seattle on 3/17 has a yellow-wrapped Amtrak California F59PHi on the lead. I didn't catch the road number, but it may have been CDTX 2007 that was at Progress Rail in Tacoma as mentioned in an earlier thread.

I was in Puyallup, WA on St. Patricks Day doing some railfanning. The locomotive on the point of the Coast Starlight was #2007 as seen in the attached photo. It certianly stood out on such a drab day.

It looks like (the CDTX reporting marks are for the California Dept. of Transportation) Amtrak painted an Operation Lifesaver engine for themselves. The motto on the nose--"Stay off. Stay away. Stay alive."-- is for OLI's no-trespassing program.

The CDTX 2007 is a Capitol Corridor / San Joaquin Amtrak California Locomotive. I saw it running on the UP Martinez sub a few months ago. It was in regular commuter service.
