Hi and thanks for having me. I bought this crazy thing thinking it was a whistle or something, but it turned out to be homemade and battery operated lol. What I'm more interested in is the badge. Railway Exchange Chicago. I tried to search for info and pretty much came up empty. Anything is appreciated!
