Weyerhaeuser loco's headed to Chicago

On Tuesday in Longview Washington, Former Weyerhaeuser ex-Weyco/C&C Powerwas interchanged to Longview switching for the start of their journey to Chicago, Ill. Thier new owner is "Larry's Truck & Electric" (LTEX)... Departing Motors are: Ex C&C 700, 701 & 702, Ex WTCX 300,304,305,307,308 & 309. Patriot kept ex-WTCX sw1500's 302,311,& 312 to be used around the plant

Keep your eyes out for them in transit...Not sure of the route that they will be taking, and they will probably be dead in train...

They were moved from the Patriot Shops yesterday, so they could be sitting or already be on a train destined for Chicago, IL.

I hope to catch then if they come through Pasco, otherwise maybe I'll have a chance to catch them in Seattle on Saturday?

They show to be at Longview Jct. the afternoon of the 10th. They all still need to be OK'd by BNSF Mechanical Dept.

Saw 308 on a eastbound manifest that was sitting at Boeing Field. That was yesterday afternoon.

Weyerhaeuser #308 is Everett now..

Ex C&C 700, 701 & 702, Ex WTCX 300,304,305,307,308 & 309 are scheduled to be on a H SPOGAL 4-18A.. Estimated departure is 2030 hrs.. Heads up to railfans along the Hi-Line!!!!
