Hello all:
VORA will be holding it's next prototype operating session on October 15th from 1 pm to 11 pm and all are invited to come and listen to all the action.
We will be running in fall of 1980 on the BN from Havre, MT to Whitefish, MT with 23 freights trains plus AMTK 7 and 8 on the schedule. Our dispatchers and yardmasters will certainly be busy in this session.
Also for all RW and TRS owners, we are actively looking to start running prototype sessions for both of these simulators as well.
If you are interested in learning how to run according to actual railroad operating rules and be part of our group here is what to do. Take a listen to either the 10/15 or 10/29 sessions to get a feel for what we do. If you like what you hear, then you need to enroll in our November set of Intro Events starting Thursday, November 3rd. This is the path that all new road crews follow when joining VORA.
Let me know if you would like to listen in tomorrow or 10/29 and I will get you the info you need to hear all the action.
Thanks,
Nick
