Hey all,

I am new here and was wondering if anyone had any information on or examples of used passenger locomotive sales and transfers, especially between some of the larger commuter rail lines to smaller ones around the country.

Some background for why I am asking. I am a rail intern at a civil engineering firm and I have been asked by my boss to do some research about used passenger locomotive sales across the nation. I have done a fair amount of digging and discovered that there are a fair amount of examples to include numerous Virginia Railway Express sales and TRE's purchase of locomotives from GO Transit in Canada. That being said, I figured I'd ask here as someone here most likely knows much more than I do.

Thanks for all your help
