I've got just about all of the UP train symbol lists on the Internet, but can not locate destination TL for subject train symbol "RPHTL-21". PH stands for origin Chico, TX, but TL does not jive with any location that would use the UP Duncan Sub, which I observed it moving south on in Saginaw, Texas. Any assistance would be appreciated.
