The other day I was watching a train roll by when the very last car caught my eye. Of course there wasn't time to open the cell camera and snap...but it was a shorter car then any I've seen yet. From the end it appeared to be pretty darn near a triangle shape... with a mid sized square /rectangle box in the center. Any ideas just what this was? It didn't sit very tall either...sorta wonder if it was some sort of a test unit?

We have a winner...scale test car it was....Thanks everyone....Soooo.....just what does a scale test car do anyways? I could Google it...but more fun to read what people here have to say on it.
