<p>Union Pacific Railroad joined the community of Boise today to celebrate its 150th anniversary with the second and final stop of the UP 150 Express in the 'gem state' at the grand Union Pacific Depot in Boise. The stars of the event, Union Pacific's three Streamliner locomotives, were stationed just outside the depot as Union Pacific celebrated its long connection to Boise and the state of Idaho with Lt. Gov. Brad Little and Boise Mayor David Bieter present for a ceremony recognizing Boise as an official member of Union Pacific's Train Town USA Registry.&nbsp;<br>
"The city of Boise has been a part of the railroad since the 1880's," said Scott Moore, vice president, public affairs &ndash; west, Union Pacific. "Union Pacific is proud to be a part of the great Boise community and we are enthusiastic about our ongoing connection to the state of Idaho."</p>
