We've had some nice temperatures here the past few days. Of course, I can't stay at home when it's 70+ degrees and the sun's out.

The last one is a new location I've been trying. Still trying to decide if I like that photo or not.... wish #993 had been leading a southbound instead.

It was, for awhile. Back in 1991, a train derailed on the bridge, CSX took up the second track between Bardstown Junction and Coral Ridge. I've seen some articles online about the derailment, I'll have to find them and post the links to them here.

Beautiful Pics. In the #4 shot the 2337 is missing the rear radiator grills on the side of the hood. Any history or mechanical knowlege there? TZ

Great job Jeff. I've got to get to LaGrange one day. There's definitely a shot to be had on that bridge!

Nice shot! I wanna get down there soon, you aren't helping me, Mr. Pick! :p You'll have to give me a few pointers on how to get to some of those spots. I've got a thing for photographing trains on bridges as of late, it seems.

I'll be happy to. Let me know when you're coming!
